Bacon Bowl

Super Bacon Bowl, OakGlenn Winery

Served at the 2015 Wild Bacon Wine Trail
1 Head romaine lettuce shredded

1 head radicchio shredded

1/4 head red cabbage shredded

Cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 red onion diced (optional)

4 slices cooked bacon

 

Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl.  Divide in 4 salad bowls.
DRESSING

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 Tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream
Combine these ingredients.  Place generous  2 tablespoons on each salad.  Add a slice of cooked bacon to garnish.  Serves 4
