The Katy Trail

The Katy Trail State Park is the nation’s longest rails-to-trails project, stretching 240 miles between Machens and Clinton, Missouri, and is located just across the river from Hermann.

The Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad trains once ran on this flat trail, it is open year-round, for cyclists, hikers, and joggers. More Info
