Served at the 2022 Farmers’ Table Wine Trail, Bias Winery

9 graham cracker sheets, crushed
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp sugar
2 – 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs,
sugar and butter. Put muffin liners in a muffin pan, and place 1 Tbsp
of crust mixture in each cup. Press to firm.
In medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add
eggs, lemon juice and sugar, mix until smooth and well
blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool, then top with pie filling.

Serve with Bias Winery Strawberry Lemonade.
