Served at the 2024 Farmers’ Table Wine Trail, Curling Vine Winery
Ingredients:
2 – 14.5 oz. cans whole kernel corn
1 – 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
Fresh Lime juice
2 TBSP Chipotle Speedy Salsa Mix
Instructions:
- Mix canned ingredients
- Add Speedy Salsa mix and fresh lime juice
- Stir and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes
- Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 6
