Served at the 2020 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Adam Puchta Winery

12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 tsp mustard
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste
French Fried Onions

  1. Cut up bacon
  2. Mix bacon with brown sugar
  3. Cook bacon in the oven at 375°F until crisp
  4. Hard boil eggs, cool, remove the yolk
  5. Mix yolk with all ingredients (except bacon & 1/4 tsp. cayenne), until smooth
  6. Add mixture to egg
  7. Sprinkle bacon & remaining cayenne on top and ENJOY!
  8. (French’s onion garnish, optional)

Serve with Adam Puchta Adam’s Choice.
