Served at the 2020 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Adam Puchta Winery
12 large eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 tsp mustard
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbsp brown sugar
salt & pepper to taste
French Fried Onions
- Cut up bacon
- Mix bacon with brown sugar
- Cook bacon in the oven at 375°F until crisp
- Hard boil eggs, cool, remove the yolk
- Mix yolk with all ingredients (except bacon & 1/4 tsp. cayenne), until smooth
- Add mixture to egg
- Sprinkle bacon & remaining cayenne on top and ENJOY!
- (French’s onion garnish, optional)
