Alabama White BBQ Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup blueberries, pureed

Sauce Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Make sure it is thoroughly combined. Transfer to a jar and let set for at least 1 hour. (BBQ sauce can be made 2 days ahead of time)

Slider Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground chicken or turkey
1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme
16 slider buns

Slider Instructions:

  • Combine ground chicken, fresh thyme, salt & pepper to taste
  • Form 2 oz. chicken patties and place on sheet pan with parchment paper
  • Place pan in smoker and cook 20 minutes at 300°F. Check after 10 minutes
  • Cook until internal temperature is 165°F. Be careful not to overcook patties
  • Toast slider buns, add chicken, and top with 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce and serve

*All smokers smoke differently. You might have to adjust the temperature, smoking time, and cooking time for your smoker.
