Served at the 2020 Berries & BarBQ Wine Trail, Adam Puchta Winery

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp salt

12 oz. 80/20 ground beef

12 oz. ground pork

1 tsp garlic salt

1. combine beef and pork

2. Add seasoning, mix well

3. Portion into 12, 2 oz rounds

4. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side

5. Top with Jazz Berry BBQ Sauce!

 

BBQ Sauce Recipe

6 1/2 oz. Adam Puchta Jazz Berry wine

1 quart BBQ Sauce (we used Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle)

1. Bring sauce to a boil

2. Simmer on low until desired thickness.

 

Serve with Adam Puchta Winery Impulse Lemonade
