Served at the 2017 Berries & BarBQ Wine Trail

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

6 slices bacon (cooked, drained, crumbled)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup minced onion (or more to taste)

Divide hamburger into six equal portions. Place on wax paper and press into flat patty shapes. Mix bacon, cheeses, Worcestershire and minced onion in a separate bowl. Divide equally and place on top of hamburger patties. Using wax paper, fold hamburger sides up and over ingredients, then seal well so that all stuffing is inside the burger. Press and shape into patties. Grill to the desired level of wellness, applying barbeque sauce if desired a few minutes prior to removing from heat.
