Served at the 2024 Farmers’ Table Wine Trail, Robller Vineyard

6 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onion
splash of olive oil
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Rosemary sprig
1/4 cup corn flour (optional)
2 TBSP whole milk
dash of garlic powder
1/3 cup diced sundried tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
9×9 inch baking dish or cast iron skillet


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine eggs and other ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
  • Grease the baking dish with olive oil.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake until the frittata is golden and puffy and the center feels firm.
  • Serves 4

*The optional corn flour adds some density to the frittata.

Serve with Robller Vineyard Hillside Blanc.
