1 – 5 lb Fresh Pork Loin
Salt and Pepper
1 Oven Cooking Bag
Place Pork Loin in cooking bag and follow directions on the bag. Salt and pepper pork loin. Cook in 300 degree oven for 20 minutes per pound. Remove form the oven and let rest for 30 minutes. Shred the meat. Serve with BBQ sauce on a bun.
Cranberry Delaware BBQ Sauce
2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup OakGlenn Delaware wine
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Mix ingredients in a saucepan, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve over shredded pork loin.
