3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can pineapple chunks or fresh pineapple
Cut chicken breasts into 3 strips, lengthwise. Alternate chicken and pineapple chunks on a skewer. Place skewers in a flat dish and cover with pineapple juice, plus ¼ cup teriyaki sauce. Seal dish and marinate 1-2 hours. Grill kabobs until chicken is done and juices run clear. Additional marinade can be made to baste kabobs while grilling.
