Served at the 2023 Holiday Fare Wine Trail, Hermannhof Winery
12 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing
4 Tbsp Butter
1 cup each onion and celery, diced
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup (1/4 lb) good quality ground Italian Sausage
Heat butter over med-high heat
Add veggies. Cook until almost tender.
Add Italian Sausage and brown.
Add broth and heat to a boil.
Remove pot from heat. Stir in stuffing and cranberries.
Using a small scoop drop into greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 325°F for 12-15 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with lightly thickened chicken broth or gravy.
Serve with Hermannhof Chambourcin. Makes 36 mini muffins.
