Ingredients

Cooking spray
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 small scallions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup), plus more for garnish
3/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (from 8 slices), divided
1/4 cup smoked almonds or pecans, coarsely chopped
Crackers, chips, and assorted vegetables

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir together cream cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Fold scallions and 1/2 cup of the bacon into the cream cheese mixture in a bowl.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish, and spread in an even layer. Top with remaining 1/4 cup bacon.
Bake in preheated oven until bubbling around edges, 12 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with smoked almonds, and garnish with additional scallions.
Serve with crackers, chips, or assorted vegetables. Serves 6
