Served at the 2026 Farmers’ Table Wine Trail, Dierberg Star Lane Tasting Room
Ingredients:
48oz can of Sauerkraut – well-drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped carrot
¾ cup oil (best to use ½ EVOO & ½ VEG)
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 ½ cup sugar
1 small jar (1/4c) pimentos with juice
Directions:
Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Keeps well for over a week.
Serves: 4-6
Serve with Star Lane Sauvignon Blanc
