Marinade

For every one part of  beer (we recommend Gruhlke’s Wheat), use two parts of your favorite Italian Dressing.  Add 1-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.

 

Marinate meat for a minimum of two hours in plastic Ziploc bag or covered pan.  Use marinade as baste while grilling.

 

Raspberry Sauce

Add 1 cup sugar to 12 ounces fresh (or frozen) raspberries.  Place in refrigerator and let soak for 1-2 hours.  Take raspberries with sweetened sauce and place in blender with ¼ cup Raspberry Weisser Flieder wine.  Pulse gently.  Spoon over grilled pork loin right before serving.

Serve with Bias Raspberry Weisser Flieder!
