Served at the 2014 Berries & BarBQ Wine Trail

1 lb. grilled shredded chicken
2 cups grilled plum tomatoes (chopped)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
1 pre-baked 12″ pizza crust

– Mix chicken, and tomatoes with BBQ sauce
– Grill top side of pizza crust, until warm
– Flip crust, and top with chicken, tomato, and cheese
– Continue grilling on low heat until cheese is melted and crust is crisp
– Top with fresh basil, and cut into desired portions

Serve with Stone Hill Kick’n Sangria.
