Served at the 2024 Holiday Fare Wine Trail, Robller Vineyard

Ingredients:

Canned Pumpkin
Chicken Stock
Apple Cider
Butter
Bacon
Roasted Carrots, Leeks, Onions, Garlic, Celery, and Yellow Squash
Allspice, Salt, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Garlic Powder, and Minced Onion

Directions:

Combine all veggies and bacon in a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings on top.

Roast in a 350-degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Combine chicken stock, canned pumpkin, and apple cider in a large stock pot. Simmer on medium heat for 1 hour.

Add roasted veggies to the mix and simmer until veggies are soft.

Serve or wait a day:)
