Served at the 2019 Farmers’ Table Wine Trail, Hermannhof Winery

12 Crepes (8-inch diameter, pre-made or make from a mix)
16 oz. Cream Cheese
¾ cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup Heavy Cream
12-14 oz. Seedless Raspberry Jam
Powdered Sugar and Fresh Raspberries for garnish (optional)

Directions:

– Using a stand or hand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth, making sure to start slowly so the sugar does not go everywhere.
– Switch to whisk attachment and add heavy cream and whip until just combined and fluffy.
– Layer the crepes, cream cheese frosting and raspberry in alternating layers (crepe, frosting, crepe, jam, crepe, etc.) until you use all the crepes, leaving the last one on the top plain.
– Refrigerate until needed. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Time: 40 minutes; Serves 8
