8 oz crab claw meat
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz artichoke hearts
1 cup heavy cream
1 T horseradish
2 T lemon juice
¾ cup shredded Italian cheese
Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, heavy cream, horseradish and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Fold in crabmeat and chopped artichokes. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Spread mixture into 9×13 baking dish and bake uncovered in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Serve warm in phyllo shells or on crackers or crostini.

Pairs well with Hermannhof Chardonel or Hermannhof Vidal Blanc.
