Served at the 2019 Chocolate Wine Trail, Bias Winery
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Double batch of chocolate chip cookie dough (use pkg directions) OR 2 rolls chocolate chip cookie dough
Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in bowl a until smooth and well blended. Spread half of the cookie dough on the bottom of a 9×13 pan to form the base. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Dollop small pieces of remaining dough on top, using as much as you want to form topping (we used ½ of remaining batter). Bake until cream cheese is set and cookie dough on top is golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. Let cool before serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup for an extra touch!
