Served at the 2019 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Stone Hill Winery

1/2 cup bacon crumbles
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Stone Hill Traminette wine
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Blend cream cheese, sour cream and Traminette wine until smooth and creamy. Add bacon, Mozzarella cheese, Smoked Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, jalapenos, parsley and green onions. Stir well.

Transfer mixture to an 8×8 casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers, chips or bread.
