Served at the 2019 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Bias Winery

1 can refrigerated biscuits

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix cream cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Separate biscuits and roll each biscuit out flat. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly and place in the center of each biscuit. Take edges of biscuit dough and fold over until the cheese is covered. Pinch to seal. Place on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese on each biscuit. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
