Served at the 2024 Say Cheese Wine Trail, Reserve Cellars
Ingredients:
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Gather all ingredients.
Beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Continue to stir the mixture until sugar is completely incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips until well-blended. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until chilled, at least 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
