Served at the 2020 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Bias Winery

1 box Keebler butter crackers
1 lb. bacon, cut into cracker size pieces
6 oz. pecan pieces
2 cups brown sugar (approximate)

Preheat oven to 250°F. On a parchment-lined pan, place crackers in single rows. Place one piece of bacon on each cracker. sprinkle pecan pieces on bacon. Cover with brown sugar, make sure to get all edges. Brown sugar should be thick enough that bacon is not visible.

Bake for 1 hour. Let cool slightly before moving to a storage container. Serve at room temperature. These can be made ahead, as they store well for several days and become more savory!
