Served at the 2015 Wild Bacon Wine Trail
2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped small
2 cups leaf lettuce, chopped small
1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup sweet corn
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and avocado. Add in salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice, then toss well to coat. Fold in bacon and Feta cheese. This can be served with tostito chips!

1 bottle Jubilee White
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup white sugar
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 green apple cored and sliced
1 can 7-Up
1 cup frozen grapes
Mix wine, orange juice and sugar in large pitcher. Add soda and fruit, gently stir, then enjoy!
