Served at the 2022 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Hermannhof Winery
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Bacon bits
2 tsp Horseradish
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with pretzel bites.
Serve with Hermannhof Seyval Blanc!
