Served at the 2021 Holiday Fare Wine Trail, Bias Winery

Apples:

3 medium apples, peeled, cored, finely chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Dough:

1 Puff Pastry
2 tbsp melted butter

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp corn syrup
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

Prep apples and mix in cinnamon and sugar. Roll puff pastry out flat, brush with melted butter. Spread apples evenly, make sure not to create a thick layer. Roll up lenthwise, then slice about 1″ thick pinwheel slices.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Make icing by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add corn syrup and stir until completely mixed. Drizzle over cookie roll-ups.

Spiced Wine Recipe:

In a crockpot, add 1 bottle Jubilee White, 2 cups apple cider, 1 cup sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 tbsp whole cloves. Heat until warm. sugar can be increased or decreased based on personal tastes.
