30 slices thin-sliced smoked ham
1 can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
30 dried apricots
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 T honey mustard
2 T cornstarch

Skewer 1 rolled ham slice with pineapple chunks and 1 dried apricot. Repeat till all ham slices are rolled. Place in baking pan. Cover and heat in a 325-degree oven for 15 minutes. In saucepan over medium heat, heat pineapple juice with dried cranberries. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water. Add to hot juice along with honey mustard. Stir well until thickened. Serve warm over ham sticks. 30 servings
