Served at the 2023 Wild Bacon Wine Trail, Hermannhof Winery
Ingredients
1 can Rotel, drained
1 bag bacon pieces
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
3 packages phyllo pastry cups, thawed
Directions
Preheat over to 350° F
Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into the cups.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with Hermannhof White Lady of Starkenburg!
