Served at the 2021 Say Cheese Wine Trail, Bias Winery
1 package crescent rolls
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup frozen fruit (we used strawberries & raspberries)
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 376°F. Unroll dough into 4 rectangles, press perforations togethr to seal. Combine cream cheese and sugar, then spread onto rectangles within 1/2 inch of th edge. Top evenly with frozen fruit. Bring opposite corners of rectangles together; press and seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while cooling.
