Served at the 2014 Berries & BarBQ Wine Trail
Stuffing:
6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese
Burger:
2 lbs. hamburger
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
1 egg
Combine bacon and cheeses in a bowl and set aside. Mix hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, onion , and egg thoroughly. Scoop 5 oz. of hamburger mix and form into a patty. Using thumbs, create a bowl in the middle of the patty. Fill with 2 Tbsp of stuffing, then round burger back up over filling and reform. Grill and enjoy!
