Served at the 2016 Say Cheese Wine Trail

2 stalks celery

2 Tablespoons Butter

3 2/3 cups water

1 1/4 cup Potato Flakes

1 cup Nacho Cheese

1 medium onion

1 1/3 cups non-fat dry milk
Chop celery nd onion and place in microwave safe 1-quart bowl. Dot 2 tablespoons butter over chopped celery and onion.Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes, stir and place covered in microwave for another 3 minutes. In another 3-quart microwave safe mixing bowl, combine water and non-fat dry milk. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir and microwave for another minute or until bubbling. Whisk in celery, onion, and nacho cheese. Garnish with shredded cheese or crumbled spicy potato chips.

Good served cold in the summer and garnished with chopped scallions.

Serve with OakGlenn Chardonnay.
