It’s the third week of Octoberfest in Hermann Missouri and wineries are in full swing with entertainment, live music, great food and award winning wines!
Here’s the entertainment schedule for this weekend, October 17 & 18, at the Hermann Wine Trail wineries:
- Adam Puchta Winery
- Saturday – Live Music, 1-4 pm. Enjoy live music by Joe Fry the Guitar Guy!! He will play your favorite covers from the late 50’s thru the 90’s. Classic rock, country, oldies and new covers of alternative rock and country, something for everyone.
- Sunday – Live Music, 1-4 pm. Jim McClaren is a one-man-band who’s playlist covers the spectrum of American roots music and original material. A delight to listen to.
- Bias Winery & Microbrewery
- Saturday – A variety of entertainment on Saturdays each weekend. Enjoy an assortment of foods. Buses welcome, advance notice is appreciated.
- Hermannhof Winery
- Saturday – Festhalle, Live Music, 12:30 pm–5:30 pm – Wine, Beer and Brats & German Music by the Loehnig Family
- Saturday – Winery, Live Music, 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Music by Solo Richie
- Sunday – Winery, Live Music, 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Music by Solo Richie
- OakGlenn Winery
- Saturday, Live Music, 11:30 am-5:30 pm. Saturday afternoon we will be kickin’ up our heels with the rockin’ country band, Doc Holiday. Cover charge $5 per person.
- Saturday, Meals available, 11 am-5 pm. Our tasty menu consists of sandwiches, salads, fried chicken dinner and even a variety of desserts. No reservations needed.
- Sunday, Live Music, 1-5 pm. Johnny Henry is a St. Louis native who has just released his debut album which features a collection of music that exemplifies Johnny’s personality and introduces Country music fans to his big voice and compelling story. You don’t wanna miss this afternoon of FREE music at OakGlenn Winery!

- Octoberfest – Held the first four weekends of October, the Hermann Oktoberfest is an annual tradition for thousands of visitors, who enjoy a traditional German celebration amid spectacular fall colors in Missouri’s most beautiful town.
- Jaycee Bier Garten – Saturday, Sesquicentennial Park, Third and Gutenberg, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Beer, wine and food. Music by Brother Chaos, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Music by Pilot Grove, 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Stein hoisting competitions for men and women at 2:00, 5:00, and 8:00 p.m. No cover charge.
- October 17 & 18 – Art Walks & Talks, Free, self-guided tour in the historic district, with brief “art talks” along the way. Hours are Saturday 10:00 to 5:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 4:00. Tours start at the Gasconade County Historical Society Community Room, 311 Schiller Street. Sponsored by the Artists of Wine Country.
- Historic Hermann’s Museum at the German School
Fourth & Schiller. Noon to 4:00. Self-guided tours of museum rooms. Adults, $5; students, $3; children 5 and under free. - Deutschheim State Historic Site 107 West Second, 10:00 to 4:00. Free exhibits and interpretive displays. Guided tours at 10:00, 12:30 and 2:30. Adults $5, children $3.
