Bacon and Swiss Dip

Hot Bacon and Swiss Dip, Hermannhof Winery

Served at the 2015 Wild Bacon Wine Trail

Recipe compliments of Father Bill Debo St. George Church, Hermann MO

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Cup grated Swiss cheese

2 Tablespoons chopped green onions

8 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crush

Capers, optional
Cream together the first 4 ingredients.  Spread in baking dish and sprinkle bacon and crackers on top. Top with capers if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly.  Serve with crackers or crostini.
